Uhrovec Between Museum, Castle and Nature Reserve

Jankov vŕšok lies within the cadastral area of Uhrovec and has been a nature reserve since 1993. Its characteristic features include calcareous stands of cornelian cherry-oak forests and a large occurrence of orchids, including the purple orchid and the early-purple orchid.
