Motorsport with Different Formats

At SLOVAKIA RING, the public can drive on the racing circuit during open AUTO driving sessions, using their own car or a rental car. Full track safety coverage is available for this purpose. A total of seven driving options of varying lengths are available to help you choose the right format. The circuit school is aimed at anyone who wants to learn or improve their sports driving on a racing circuit under the guidance of an instructor. Topics covered include the correct seating position, steering-wheel handling and how to deal with crisis situations at higher speeds. SLOVAKIA RING also meets the FIM and FIA criteria for hosting major international motorsport events. The venue's offerings therefore range from public driving opportunities to the requirements for international racing. Which option suits you depends primarily on whether you want to drive yourself, are looking for guided technical training or want to experience motorsport as an event venue.

Malkia Park and the World of Big Cats

Malkia Park, also known as Big Cats Rescue, is a private zoological garden in Orechová Potôň. Covering 9 hectares, the park provides a home for more than 300 animals from 79 species and more than 34 big cats. These include lions, tigers, leopards, jaguars, lynxes, pumas and cheetahs. The size of the grounds and the variety of animals represented give the visit a clear focus on wildlife observation and make Malkia Park an independent complement to the area's motorsport offerings.

Military History and Sacred Sites

At the off-road grounds of the SLOVAKIA RING racing circuit, the Military Museum presents a permanent exhibition of military-historical technology. On display are T34, T55 and T72 tanks, Tatra-813 and KRAZ-255 vehicles, howitzers, guns, cannons, armored personnel carriers, fighter aircraft and combat helicopters. The visit thus offers a distinctly different focus from the driving activities at the racing circuit. On the outskirts of Orechová Potôň, in the direction of Michal na Ostrove, there is a restored stone wayside cross dating from 1878. It bears the corpus of the crucified Christ, a statue of the Virgin Mary and an inscription plaque. The Reformed Church of Orechová Potôň was completed in 1977 in the Scandinavian style on the site of the old church. Its bell and the star in the tower date from 1800 and come from Bratislava. The Catholic Church of Orechová Potôň is named Queen of the Rosary and was consecrated in 1998. Inside are original paintings by Ottó Szabó. Together with the wayside cross and the Reformed Church, it provides insight into different layers of the local sacred landscape, although the individual structures do not share the same historical origins.

Getting to SLOVAKIA RING

For selected train connections on Saturdays and Sundays, a free bus service to SLOVAKIA RING is available from Orechová Potôň railway station. This information is particularly relevant if you are checking a rail connection and are not planning to visit the racing circuit exclusively by car.
