The spa park of Trenčianske Teplice is an 18-hectare English park established in 1873. Its design forms an independent part of the townscape and complements the baths with a historic park landscape. The hammam was added in 1888 next to the Sina Mirror Bath in the Oriental-Moorish style. The local tourist information office regularly organises guided tours of the historic hammam. For orientation in the town, the tourist information office is located next to the main entrance of the Slovakia Hotel. Another prominent cultural venue is the Kursalon: it was built in 1892 as a social and cultural event venue; since then, concerts and high-level balls have been held there in Trenčianske Teplice. This makes it possible to experience the stay not only through thermal pools, but also through architecture, the park and the history of events.

Arrival and Excursions Without Changing Themes

The Trenčianska electric railway is a 116-year-old narrow-gauge railway connecting the railway junction of Trenčianska Teplá with the spa town of Trenčianske Teplice. It provides irregular tourist passenger transport. For your planning, the railway’s tourist attraction should therefore be clearly distinguished from a regular timetable. Cycling also has a specifically described connection: a marked cycle path leads from Trenčianske Teplice to Trenčianska Teplá. At the 23rd Festival ľudových remesiel, visitors could learn about traditional working processes and techniques and view and purchase handmade products.
