"Lev" started selling of tickets for the matches

Today, on August 11, 2011 in Slovakia officially started selling of tickets for the matches of the "Lev" hockey club. This Slovakian team will be the first hockey team from Central Europe, which will participate in the Continental Hockey League tournament.

Seasonal ticket prices for the matches of the "Lev" hockey club, which will be held in the capital of the High Tatras, Poprad, will cost 168-462 euros per season. Seasonal tickets for 168 euros are offered for the angular sector, while the most expensive tickets will be in the central tribune.

Along with KHL "Lev" will continue to play in the national Slovak championship - Extraliga. Those fans, who will also choose to attend matches of domestic championship, will be able to watch these matches after paying additional 100 euros for the seasonal ticket.

According to the portal sports.ru, on sale will be 3000 seasonal tickets, 2500 of which will be sold directly in Poprad, while the remaining 500 will be available via the Internet.
In addition, for the regular matches of HC "Lev" with KHL teams will operate special rates, under which the cost of the ticket for the match will be determined depending on the opponent. For example, the cheapest tickets in Poprad will be sold for the games with "Avtomobilist", "Vityaz", "Ugra", Novokuznetsk "Metallurg" and Khabarovsk "Amur". They will cost 4 euros. In total there will be 6 price categories.

It is worth noting that on the eve of its first season HC "Lev" played several exhibition matches with a number of Czech and Slovak clubs. In games with clubs 'Trzinec "and" Vitkovice "(both - Czech Republic), as well as Slovak club "Spisska Nova Ves" the team from Poprad won victories.

On the eve of the KHL season "Lev" has strengthened its ranks with a number of experienced players. Thus, the club has signed contracts with the Czech defender Karel Pilarz, who earlier played for CSKA Moscow and Magnitogorsk "Metallurgist", Ladislav Nagy that played in the NHL more than 400 games, as well as American Grant Lewis from the NHL farm-league.
